"One part of the course says Road Rage Drivers account for 50% of the accidents, another says distracted driving accounts for 80% of accidents.
80% + 50% =130%???? This makes no sense to me. According to the NHTSA's Press Release, distracted driving was a factor in 13% of 2023 crashes. Some of the "commentary" could be left out, but perhaps some enjoy it, or it is needed for the DMV required word count? In any event, thank you!"
